Why No Telephone Number?
I am sure you are wondering why we do not show a telephone number to call. This being the new age of the internet and online shopping. Things have changed as to the way our company does business. We are no longer a local company that has an 8am to 4pm work schedule that takes care of the needs of our customers. We process orders from all over the world. We ship from multiple locations around the USA. Orders come in to our system from Amazon, E-Bay and our other web sites that we maintain. These orders come in 24 hours a day 7 Days a week non stop.
The only effective way would be to maintain 24 hour telephone service to cover the variety of time zones that effect our customers. This is just not practical anymore. 99.9% of the customers order online and receive products without ever having to speak with a live person. What has happened is that out of the thousands of orders we do, only a handful of customers want to speak with a real person. We are not able to maintain a cost effective business by having phone staff available 24 hours a day to speak to just a few people. We discontinued regular office hours and telephone service in 2008 and now process all information requests by e-mail. This can be done at any hour of the day or night from any location by whatever employee we choose. It would be nice and appropriate to have telephone staff on duty at all times to answer questions, but it is no longer practical. We apologize that we can not give you that phone voice anymore.
