The bits are securely transmitted over the internet to be deciphered when received by us. To anyone else, the information would be unreadable. Credit Card numbers are transposed in addition to being scrambled.

Credit Card Processing

All Credit Card transactions are processed through the automated credit card processing system. We do not retain any credit card account numbers on our server and do not have access to your account number. All charges are processed automatically with the banks at time of purchase and are approved by them.

Address Verification Is Required

Credit Card transactions require address verification. Your billing address must match credit card account. This is to insure that the person placing the order and the holder of the credit card account are one in the same. Credit card sales can be declined because of address verification not being valid. This is for the protection of the credit card holder and the merchant. This verification is done by the credit card banking system when authorization is obtained for your charge.

Basic Confidentiality

It is our policy that personal information, such as your name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, are private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information you provide is only used for order processing and is stored in a secure location. Orders are transfered electronically to a "paper copy" for processing. Nothing is stored electronically and paper copies are destroyed after 90 days.

No Release of Information to Third Parties

Personal information will not be released to third parties except to the bank and credit card company for the purpose of processing your purchase request. Banks are now requiring address verification information to verify legitimate use. There are no other circumstances under which we will provide or sell personal information to third parties period. We do not maintain a mailing list of any kind and you will not receive any type of "Junk Mail" or "Spam E-Mail" from our company.

No Computer Tracking of Identifiable Information

Our computer is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. Your telephone and e-mail address are requested so we may do follow up to any information requests or orders placed. Our computer tracks information about the visits to our web site. For example, we compile statistics that show the daily number of visitors to our sites and the daily requests we receive for particular items on our web sites. These statistics are used internally to better provide services to our customers.
